According to Ayurveda, there are seven DHATUS in the body or we can say a body 4, is made up of seven dhatus i.e. Rasa, Rakta, Masa, Meda, Majja, Asthi, Shukra.
So due to (Chinta) means Stress, it disturbs the foremost Dhatu i.e. Rasa.
It is the Rasa dhatu only which provides nourishment to the overall body. So if RASA dhatu is being disturbed due to Stress, Anxiety and Tension it will surely affect the whole body as well as hairs.
Mostly it has been seen that individuals who are Doctors, CA, Advocates, Teachers or into banking sector face the maximum problem of hair loss.
They end up finding a lot of confused material on GOOGLE searching solution for their increasing problems which slowly lead to stress. They develop the kind of fear in their mind regarding hair loss.
Patients visiting my clinic often share that they have stopped combing their hairs just because of excessive hair shedding.

It is very much normal to shed 50 to 100 hairs per day. It is very important here to mention that there is a difference between hair shedding and hair loss.
As our topic is stress related hair loss so the main precaution is to be stress free by doing regular meditation, exercise, yoga, listening to music, sleeping on time etc. One has to be very careful about diet including the timings and what all we are having should be healthy as it improves the metabolism and hair texture.
Sound sleep is very much essential to cure hair loss related to stress.
